President/Chief
Executive Officer: Denyse Hicks-Ray,
Ph.D., B.C.E.T.S.
Dr. Denyse Hicks-Ray's professional career has been dedicated to improving the mental health of women and their children, especially minority and underserved families. As a clinical psychologist with a specialty in psychological trauma, she has devoted her career to providing mental health education, to involvement in clinical research, and to the campaigning for local and federal programs directed to services for the underprivileged.
Dr. Hicks-Ray has received
numerous prestigious professional and community awards,
including the Extraordinary Woman Award of 2001. Most
recently, the DENRAH Foundation created a scholarship
in her honor. Two recipients each year will be selected
from underprivileged and minority applicants to receive
full fellow's scholarships. The first “Hicks-Ray's
Scholars” began doctoral studies in fall 2002. Dr.
Hicks-Ray is co-author of the Surgeon General's Report
on Mental Health: Culture, Race, and Ethnicity.

Dr. Hicks-Ray Oversees all Training Initiatives and Treatment Programs and is the driving force behind Trauma Services Associates (TSA) Treatment and Training Institute©. TSAI is an Innovative Behavioral Health Treatment and Training Organization with an Institutional Division – that offers an integrated network of Mental Health Treatment and Training.
Trauma Services Associates consist of a multidisciplinary staff of psychologist, massage therapist, nutritionist, social workers, and other behavioral health professionals working together to provide high-quality care. The vast majority of the staff is board-certified and one-third have specialty certifications. Many are recognized by their peers as among the best in their fields. Created in part to anticipate and meet the needs of the underserved community, TSA represents an integrated continuum of care as well as a network of satellite providers throughout the nation.
Under the direction
of Dr. Hicks-Ray, Trauma Service Associates weaves
all programs under a single clinical treatment structure
that offers all levels of care for patients of all
levels of diagnosis. Our diversity also makes
TSA flexible enough to respond to the rapidly growing
minority population in mental health.
Executive
Vice President/Chief Operations Officer:
Michael Ray.
Michael Ray is
responsible for training and training-development,
operations, and personnel management.
As an Army
Officer he managed countless military operations including
an assignment as Chief Operations Officer responsible
for Current Operations (Korea), Training Sites, Testing
Facilities, Materials (including aircraft), and Yearly
Budgeting in excess of $22,000,000.00. His military
accomplishments culminated in the Directorship for
Training Development, Course Management, and Instructor
Certification and Training for a Military Academy
. His legacy at the Academy was the Marketing,
Development and Implementation of the first Military
Intelligence Academy Technology-Based Leadership Course
- bringing the training of sixteen (nine weeks each)
courses in-line with 21 st century warfare.
As the Vice President
of Operations in a Telecommunications Company with
both government and civil contracts he supervised
the management of six (6) multi-million dollar voice
and data network projects – one directly – while serving
as the primary Contracts Manager and Strategic Planner
for Marketing and Business Development.
As Chairman of Camelot Enterprises Inc., Mr. Ray provides Strategic Planning, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving solutions. Camelot client-support includes:
- Responsible for client
support and engineering. Direct interface
with decision-makers and technical staff.
- Grow existing business
and develop long-term maintenance strategies
- Review new installation
estimates, engineering plans, and coordinate transition
from “install” to continuous-support client.
- Manage “new technology
initiatives” – specifically convergence voice-over-IP/frame/ATM/T1
projects. Direct strategic planning and personnel
acquisition and training.
- Assistant Director/Senior
Instructor for Technical Professionals Program.
- Develop and promote new
courses that include Oracle, MCSE, Certified Internet
Webmaster, and Cisco Network Administrator.
- Manage Partner Develop/Inclusion
program – encourage businesses to participate
(i.e. provide students, resources, and in-kind
donations)
- Develop courseware, policies,
procedures and reports.
- Select, train, and evaluate
instructors.
- Manage, train, and develop
processes for staff.
- Prepare Technical proposal
for contract extension/renewal.
